SOUHEGAN VALLEY LACROSSE YOUTH LACROSSE REFUND POLICY
US Lacrosse fees (which were paid to US Lacrosse either during or prior to the registration process) are not refundable at any time.
No refunds of the Souhegan Valley Lacrosse registration fee will be issued after the close of general registration (February 27th for the 2017 Season). The program incurs many costs when a player registers (ex: cost of registration and processing fees, advance purchasing requirements for equipment and uniforms, fees paid to governing bodies, and the overall organizational costs of realigning teams if needed).
Players requesting a refund prior to the close of general registration may receive a 50% refund.
Regardless of payment method used for registration, all refunds will be issued as a check within 2-3 weeks of written request received. Please include the address the refund check should be sent to in the written request.
If a check bounces or is returned, a $15 administrative fee is added to your balance (to cover bank charge and administrative cost). After a check is returned, the balance must be paid via credit card or cash.
If for any reason we are unable to place a player on one of our teams, Souhegan Valley Lacrosse will issue a full refund of the registration fee.
A player who withdraws from a team for a medical reason (such as injury) with a valid physician's note after the close of general registration period (February 27th for the Spring 2017 season) will receive a 50% refund of the Souhegan Valley Lacrosse registration fee.
No refunds will be given after the first game for any reason.
Refund requests must be made in writing via email to the club secretary at President@AmherstLacrosseClub.com.
There are no refunds for tournament fees (unless canceled), uniform or apparel purchases. All sales are final.
Souhegan Valley Lacrosse reserves the right to change this policy at any time and to deny or approve a refund for any reason. We strive for consistency and fairness and will evaluate every request objectively. However, there may be circumstances, that we did not foresee when forming this refund policy that may require us to deny or approve a particular refund request or to change the refund policy.
